We have found that pricing is one of the toughest parts of this business because there are so many variables. In order to make things simple, we have listed hourly rates only. You need only ask for an optional rate charge. Transcription may be priced by line or page. Database entry may be priced by field or record. Flyers, postcards, brochures and newsletters are usually priced by the hour for initial setup, and by piece for printing quantities. Graphic intensive documents are priced on an individual basis. In cases where we have established a working relationship with the client, and the work is consistent, other pricing methods may be used. We offer competitive pricing. We offer discounts on large projects. We accept source material in any format. We can provide finished documents on floppy, CD. We can provide documents in color or black-and-white.

Proofing/Editing	Depending on content, i.e., technical, entertainment, etc.	$2.50-$5/page
Resume Preparation *(1^st time)*	Includes composition, layout and word processing.	$25/hr
*Resume -- updated only*	Distinctive styles, and also includes cover letter.	$15/hr
*HTML Resume (web)*	We can provide a web ready document. (See a sample web resume.)	$35hr
Web Page Development *Update and maintenance*	Includes web page design, HTML coding. We can design your web page and set it up on the web. (See the WORLD online Web Developement Solutions)	$65/hr $65/hr
Internet Research	Search the web in specified subject areas.	$30/hr
Database Entry	Contact management, order entry, mailing labels, mass mailing, form design. In MS Excel 2000, MS Access, Paradox.	$15/hr
Spreadsheets	Accounting/bookkeeping, charts, graphs. In MS Excel, (rates vary on degree of complexity)	$35/hr
Transcription	Medical transcription and transcription of lectures, meeting minutes, conference calls, interviews, letters/correspondence.	$20/hr or $0.065/line
PowerPoint Presentations	For meetings, interviews or lectures.	$30/hr or $5/slide
Resume Flat Rates
Originals	Includes two laser printed copies of your Resume, cover latter, envelope, and one free update. (All resumes are kept on file for future updates, copies, etc.)	$19.50
Updates	Includes updating Resume information, address, phone number, etc. Two copies of new Resume.	$7.50
Additional Copies	Additional copies of Original, one cover letter, and envelope for additional job applications.	$2.00 (per copy of full resume)
Other Services
Coil Binding	We now offer Spring Coil Binding: Sizes range from ¼" up to 1".	Rates from $1.50 up to $3.00 per book.
Scanning	Includes scanning of photos and copying on to CD. (* No touch up or cropping)	$2.50 per scan, includes CD.
